I've used Mike and his team for a number of projects, from painting my garage to replacing windows, a new roof, renovating a basement, and dealing with a catastrophe. During the polar vortex, we had a pipe burst in a rental home and the tenant came home and the ceiling and walls were caved in and 6-8 inches of water were in the basement.

Mike and his team ripped everything out of the basement within 12 hours to avoid mold, and worked with me to redo the entire room, all the while respecting the rights of the tenant who was a single woman. He did a great job and handled the conditions well, communicating with me as I live out of state. I was very pleased with the work performed, as it has held up to this day with no issues. Further, when a roof repair did not resolve a leak, Mike was over the next day to repair the issue with his roofing contractor.
